I am writing this to bring to your notice that I ordered One Plus Buds Z2 on 3.Oct.2022 from amazon and got the package delivered on 8.Oct.2022. On opening the package it was an empty.
I called amazon customer care within 2 mins after delivery to register a complaint about this incident and the staff said 5 days investigation will go on and to contact them back on 14.Oct.2022.
I was not contacted by anyone during the investigation process. On 14.Oct.2022 I contacted them and they said investigation was done and it was found that the item was delivered intact, but this is not true i got the delivery but the box was empty main product i.e earbuds with charging case was missing.
I have been using Amazon for almost 10years have ordered more expensive items than this one like mobile phones. I was also a prime customer from a long time. I have never faced such issue and this is the first time. I am not sure how to proceed further from here since the item was in-fact missing.
