Hi,
I ordered a small piece of silver jewellery item from Amazon. I received an empty box from them. I raised a complaint and they said they have no solution. My order id is #171-4437979-2298747. Their customer service is pathetic and their justification sir you have returned us some products and got refund thats why we are not considering it. The weight mentioned on website and my package received is also different.
