Respected sir

I had ordered sony wi 1000 xm2 costing 21990 and my order got delivered on 26 September 2020, but i had received empty box and the contacted to customer care Amazon, they said investigation will take 5 day so please contact on 2 nd October

So when i contacted on 2 nd October they are telling that product is delivered properly so they won’t provide replacement or refund

So please help out on this and provide my refund
