I want to complain against DTDC service which very poor and without responsible to take care of their customer
I received empty parcel Box in Goregaon East branch talk with superior person

He said they received Empty box
They email to Kolkata branch for further investigation
Kolkata branch, subbranch garia branch
I also inform sender’s
He will make police complain against DTDC
Here if I didn’t get any solution then going to police investigation ..
Kindly look into matter..and reply with discuss higher authorities
I will make same letter to police and DTDC higher authorities
I get this email from DTDC for further investigation ..hope you will find justice
