I have ordered 3 design shirts combo for Rs.999/- (as per their ad in their website) from Fashion Dial.in through their website. I have received different product. i have not received the product i ordered. I dont know how to return the product to them. They have not provided address for returning the products. They have neither given address nor telephone no. in their website. They have not even mentioned their address in the invoice/desptach slip. I tried to lodge my complaint through email, their payment gateway, etc.. There is no response from them. More than one month lapsed. It is clear that this company is purely indulged in cheating/fraud. Please take appropriate action against this company.
