Dear Flip kart Team,
I am writing because the wrong product was shipped to my house. Although the box and receipt were correct, the actual item was not what I ordered.
Dec 25th ’18, I received the custom binder I ordered from you on Dec 24th ’18. It had the right order number (OD114248816213965000) and a picture of the correct product on the front of the box. However, inside I found One Videocon Company Simple Used Mobile Phone.
its my bad experience of flipkart. my first order received was wrong.
Kindly provide me refund of my product.
