I have ordered Puma shoes but I have received Nike shoes instead of Puma. After requesting a refund of the different products received they blacklisted me and now I m not able to return or access my account I m stuck with something which is not my fault and my money is stocked. Being a genuine and old customer I didn’t expect that from Flipkart. I want my account to be unblocked and Refund my money. I believe that Flipkart will do justice to me and solve this matter as soon as possible so that customers’ faith can’t be broken from online shopping. Quick response and immediate action will be highly appreciable. Flipkart
has blocked my account which is unfair to your old and genuine customer. THAT’S YOUR PROFESSIONALISM HUH ??
You have blocked my account because of the high number of Returns but that is not an appropriate reason for someone who has stuck his money after receiving the wrong brand product which is not even my fault. If I don’t like what I had ordered resulting in returning that product is the only option left to a customer what’s the big deal in that. You have provided that option to your customers and now that option is becoming a bane to the customers. That’s your professional behaviour comes into action huh. Pathetic Flipkart Pathetic Customer service Pathetic custom support. I have received the wrong brand product and after numerous attempts to return it, Flipkart has blocked instead of helping their old and genuine customer. This type of dealing was not expected from Flipkart. Kindly help me to get out of this situation and refund my hard-earned money and unblock my account as soon as possible.

I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK AND MONEY REFUNDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE GETTING A DIFFERENT PRODUCT IS NOT A CUSTOMER’S FAULT.
