I have ordered 5 combo shorts from stellar street website and after ordering the product I immediately sent an email to the team stating the product is not required. Thereafter the product was delivered on 25th August 2023 and my nice she picked up the product on my behalf. But when I opened that packet there was a used dirty jeans. Seller name – JK Impex Order id- ST21AUG7113 Courier- XPRESSBEES Surface.
I don’t want any exchange, just wanted the amount to be refunded. Kindly help me the request raised. Awaiting response
