I have placed below return requests , but they are getting cancelled .

return requests are changed from ‘Return pickup on 12th May’ to ‘Return created At Store’.
Do I need to spend extra amount for courier charges to send them back to AJIO? This is not acceptable
I tried to call customer care and sent multiple emails but of no use. after a few minutes of conversation, they intentionally dropped the call.
