I ordered a wireless head phone which was a combo of wireless sony headphone and ear pods for 1599 on receiving order it was a dublicate and wired head phone that too broken and the ear pods were missing they charged 1599 for broken dublicate defective product the return policy says to return the product email on the given mail.id it shows we will make it upto you soon but there i no reply plzzz help
