Text of Complaint by Chinmaya Kumar Dash:

On September 1, 2023, I placed an order for three shirts (Order # AWB328110555969, INV no- JDM23411) with a total cost of Rs 899 and shipping charges of Rs.100 ( Total amount Rs. 999). The order was delivered to my address on September 5, 2023. However, to my dismay, I discovered that all three shirts were in an unacceptable condition upon opening the parcel. They were torn and covered in dirt, making them unwearable.
I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

Refund: I would like a full refund of the Rs 999 that I paid for the shirts. Please process this refund as soon as possible through the same payment method I used for the purchase.

Investigation: I urge your company to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter to prevent any future occurrences of such fraudulent activities. It is imperative that you identify how such damaged and dirty products made their way into your inventory and subsequently into customers’ orders.

Quality Control: Implement stricter quality control measures to ensure that customers receive products in the condition they expect when ordering from your platform. This will help maintain the trust of your customers and the reputation of your brand.

Compensation: Given the inconvenience and disappointment I have experienced, I kindly request that you consider offering a compensation gesture or discount on future purchases as a goodwill gesture.

I have attached photographs of the damaged shirts as evidence. Please find them enclosed with this email.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 07 business days, I may have no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities and consumer protection agencies.
