Text of Complaint by Pavan Kumar:

This is Pavan from Karnataka state of Bidar city, actually I have been using an Ajio app from last four years but i didn’t face any issue from ajio till recent order which i have received. But the issue is that i checked the return policy of the sunglasses and it’s showing that 15 days return policy available for the same but after i receiving product there is showing that items are not to return or exchange how could it possible, as well as i have received defective products and i contacted to the customer service care they advised me to wrote an email and then I wrote them more than three times the reply was same for the three written mails that the 72xxxxxx19 is not reachable or not answerable.
Actually they had not called me a single time but they are updating the fake statement.
The cost of the product is approximately 13k rupees, and below are the complain I’ds
