I am totally disheartened from the services of Reliance Digital as I got defective product (WD hard disk) on 1 November 2020. On the same day I reported the issue to the company and followed all the steps suggested by the company representative for either replace/refund of this defective product.
Thereafter, I communicated it to reliance digital customer care representative and they ensured me that you will get a call from our seniors within 24 hours. Further they were saying that you will get an email regarding pick and drop of this defective product. I have been waiting for more than 40 days but no heed has been paid by company. On daily basis i am taking a follow up but no action has been taken yet by the company.
I am dissatisfied with the services of reliance digital store as customer satisfaction should be the prime objective of the company, but here the customer is totally ignored by the company.
