I ordered one red tape shoes from Flipkart by paid online of rs 1600/-
After received the product I checked it was completely into bad condition , the shoe was unstitched from the sides , on immediate effect I send the picture and request to proceed return and refund also, that company making me harresment to me and updating fake Status that issue is resolved daily am connecting to customer executive and they given fake promises to me. I paid but online for the product and it was for my brother birthday. That company completely making fool on basis of fake policies and premises .. am so much losses of the with this and regular follow ups with the company till date no one came of take that product return … and mentioning the fake status is really bad part..I want justice on that as I invested a lot of time already my imotions and also the important thing my Money which hard earn money.
