I have order 2 airpodes from Amazon out of them 1 airpod named Boat airdopes 141 is defective so i have placed a exchange request on the next day i.e. on 12th of july 2023 of receiving the product. But i have not received any exchange of the product till now neither i have received any call or message for initiating the exchange of product. Whenever i called to customer care for refunding my amount if they are not able to exchange then they said they can not refund the amount. I have called him so many times but i have not received any satisfactory reply from them neither they are exchanging the product neither they are refunding my amount. They made me helpless after taking the complete amount inexchange of defective product.
I request to the consumer team to help me in getting my amount refund. As this is a clear cheating and fraud that amazon is doing by taking an advantage of online services on E Com platform customers are paying in advance as thay have a trust on amazon but they are playing with the customer trust. There are so many customers who got trapper in this cheating and fraud and they do nothing as they are not aware about these. So i request you to please look into this and help me and many of other customers tl who are trapped in this fraud and cheating and help me to getting my amount refund.
