Hello, Have ordered set sarees of 3nos at Lakshmi Botique through online Medium, but received defective product. If a single piece is defective it is acceptable, but all the 3 sarees are defective. While contacting the customercare through mail, there was no proper response. So contacted through mobile number and got response that ” Kora Muslin sarees materials are in such way”. This should have been said throught disclaimar so that people won’t get fooled. Each penny matters, but they dont even care about that and responding that refund or exchange is not possible..Terrible experience and worst customer care service.
