Text of Complaint by Rohan Gandewar:

Recently I have ordered iphone 13 in big billion days.
On the day of delivery, delivery boy opened the parcel and I was having the doubt of small scratch on it. I already told him that this looks like small scratch and he was saying it should be dust not scratch and if you dont want it then you will get return not replacement. Also he is giving the assurance that if you want replacement then dont worry you can raise replacement request after 24 hrs and it will get replaced for sure. Also he was in so hurry that he opened the parcel, took the photos, even not given in my hands to check for that too in 28 seconds. Its open box delivery so delivery boy should tell me all the terms otherwise how should I know about this?
This is kind of cheating or fraud happened with me.
What should I do in this case please help me.
