We ordered Recliner sofa received on 28th July, as we opened & checked the reclining function is not working (OD428636838367701100)
I have initially request for replacement but it was rejectedvby seller stating return not accepted. Also, got msg technician will visit but no one ever visited or called.
Later requested for refund it’s same, seller rejected request stating ” no returns “. Even second time technician never came.
This seller is manipulating, gave us defective now no action.
So refund my money.
