Hi

I bought Philips HD9306 1.5 L Silver Electric Kettle (1800 W) With the order no 12652408490 from Paytm

I have Received the item on 22 Jan 2021 but it was in Damaged Condition

I have sent the Photo and all the details since 25 Jan 2021

They told in Seven working days replacement will be done since then no response

It always says in process

I have complain Several time and all the time send the photo but no respond and when they response they says you will get respond in priority base , I need my money back.

They provide the Seller detail which was fake as email address bounce and Phone not in Services

I Request many times for refund as I was not happy with Services provided by Paytm

It is Delay, Delay what is the point of getting Replacement

I need my money back

I am putting  complaints against Paytm  to consumer court. they are fraud if you get damage Product you will never get responds

I am stuck as lives abroad i have to go back  as i  bought for my Mother what should i do i need refund so that i can get from market instead of go online it was a good lesson never ever go online
