Please do not buy any item from Paytm mall under a Non-returnable policy. They ship defective items and don’t replace them even if you report it within a half-hour of delivery. Below is my case.
This is with reference to PaytmMall Order Id: 11147401769 (PARIJATA 1/2 inch Solenoid Valve 12V DC) dated 15-June 2020.
I received a defective item from Paytm Mall on 17-June-2020. I raised the issue with Paytm within a half-hour of the delivery but I was told by Paytm Mall representative that the item ordered is under No Refund/Replacement Policy, therefore, it will not be replaced.
I asked them, does that mean Paytm Mall can send garbage instead of items ordered to customers, and under this policy, the customer has to accept it. This is a daylight robbery.
Secondly, they have not mentioned in this policy that the customer has to accept the delivery even if they send defective items. If this would have been the case, I would have never placed the order on this fraud company.
