Hi, I have order a HP 685 Black Cyan Magenta Yellow on 26th oct from amazon India and received it on 2nd nov. The product i received it was damaged(may be used), its originality seal was removed and its not working on my printer. After that I have called amazon customer care, firstly they told me that they are refunding the amount. But i didn’t get any mail/message. To clear my doubt I call again the CC amazon, then they told me our senior team denied to refund and we are now contacting to the seller, seller will refund to you. Next day when i call again to know the status then the CC team has give me a new solution that I have to find the seller number from google and have to contact them. So I want to know that how a single CC team can tell different story every time!!!?? Now after so many try i just fade up looking for your help.
