Text of Complaint by Vikas Deep:

Dear Sir,

I purchase Nacson Smart TV from Paytm (order id-6240573815) i received it on 12th Oct evening and i open this on 14th Oct , i found that TV has sound problem than i placed return request without delay and wait 3 days more but no call i received from paytm or seller side  than i complain on paytm care on 17th Oct after complain again and again paytm care arrange  an engineer who visited on 23rd Oct and he also found that TV has sound problem, he wants to open TV to change the parts .
But Sir i didn’t allow him to open it because Sir i spend my half salary to purchased new TV  and now i am very disappointed because my return request still pending and  no satisfaction reply from Paytm care.
I request you please solve this as soon possible.
