Sir, During the course of my Online Shopping self had placed order for Combo of 03 Pure Cotton Summer Loose Plaid Men’s Shirt Full Sleeves, Size-XXXL ₹.999.00; on 07th Oct’2021.
The subject product in question, was delivered by Courier Service of DTDC Express Ltd, in the Early Evening of 11th Oct’2021 vide their AWB No:I50298199 and the QR Code appearing on the Shipment Detail for Addressee was Fake/Invalid on its Final Verification Check through Google search engine.
Now, coming back to the point is that the Damaged Shirt 01 No was all clumsy, literally used one where the Dark Light Brown stains from sweat was clearly visible on both sides of Armpits on the Long Sleeves Shirts which was just bundled without any outer cover packing & really it was also horribly smelling. Further, Shirt No.2 & Shirt No.3 was found defective on just seeing it by my naked eye which both were not really shirt pieces but Old Used Defective product. Just not worth to be worn by anybody else. [( AN uploaded of the images on the said product is for your kind ready reference]).
So summing up as to conclude, Self do feel embarrassed even to make this Formal Complaint. Because, the damaged has already been done, by getting cheated for no fault of mine & in the processes have lost my Cash Money in the Bargain of ₹.999.00
Thereafter, I had immediately dialled onto the given Mob. No.
9914908069, but No Reply even after several continued repeated attempts got no Reply & was switched off.
The Seller Firm name is given in the Column – Name Of Company seems to be a habitual scamster by Cheating so many innocent customers while Shopping on Online Shopping portal. Even the QR Code of DTDC Express Ltd is also found 2B Fake as Invalid.
So my point of view is that your good office must take immediate action to book these Seller Firm & also the DTDC Express Ltd, whom I feel are also involved in this wrong-doing setup as being Hand-in-Gloves and all this times are getting away Scott Free and no Fear from Law or Police, Bcos, so far no body has filed a Case or any complaint To The Concerned SHO,Police Station, XGGM+RWR, Sahibzada, Zorwar Singh Nagar, Rupnagar(Ropar),Punjab-140001
The Seller Firm person is very Clever,Cunning & Deceptive in nature. But, now, we must put a Stop/Break to arrest this Dirty Crime under various law to send the Seller Firm Owner where he has been cheating so many innocent customer like me has gone for too long unnoticed or undetected till date.
So, I, herefore, request your good self through this medium of approach on giving complaint be taken up seriously to the next level if approach on the case at a personal level and the amount so paid in Hard Cash personally (₹.990.00) as stated by one and all may be arrested and booked to be put behind Bars in Jail w/o Any Bail. So others who R indulging in this manner will put some fear as An Early Warning.
