I received my order on 27-11-2025, and several items arrived broken and damaged.
I raised a return/replacement request on 29-11-2025, along with clear videos and photos, but the ticket was incorrectly closed without resolving the issue.
I am attaching all proofs here.
Requesting you to help me confirm refund or replacement at the earliest.
Since the items are damaged on arrival, I am eligible for a refund under the damage policy.
