Text of Complaint by Harpal:

 

Firstly Amazon sent me damaged product, next day  agent came said that i am on bike I can’t pick it car will come, but nobody came and next day
Same procedure repeated by agent that car will come
Next day Amazon senior Shri Devi promised that ur complain has been raised and in two days it has been solved
After two days new agent advised me that it will take 3 to 5 working days to solve a complain
After 5 days when I called to ur delivery boy as i picked his no. Into the msg which has received from Amazon and he clearly denied that he has no pickup
And again someone gave me words for today
Same procedure foolowed by ur pick up boy that i have no pick up but u sent me the no. Again
 
Again i came nd mentioned that agent denied todat but they gave me surity that sir anyhow ur product will be picked 
But when received a msg that my pick up has been cancelled gor today,where i can go please advise, now they r saying pickup schedule for Monday, please help i am feeling like rip off
