I purchased a Boat Product (Order No: 2327405)
It’s a damaged product, the screen of the product is non-responsive to touch.
I have asked for a replacement, and they have sent a replacement, and it got delivered on 13/07/2022.
Now the replacement product they have sent is also damaged, again the touch is not working properly.
When I informed them about the same, they are asking me to go to the service center.
Is it even making any sense?
I buy the product, they sent a damaged product and asked me to go to a service center (by spending my own time and money to travel) and get is repaired.
When I told them, I will not go to any service center to get it repaired, and as both the times I have received a damaged product, I have lost my trust in their products, I asked them to take back their product and give me money back.
Now they are saying they will not refund my money. The only replacement they will provide.
Just take back your product and give me my money back.
