Hello,
This is with regard to a product bought from Flipkart on August 7th Dell OPTIPLEX 390 Full Tower with Intel® Core™ i5 2400 4 GB RAM 500 Hard Disk Order ID- OD116203368124440000 which was delivered on August 17th totally damaged screws removed usb panel dangling from since I am having a tough time to get either replacement nor refund every time the customer service representative calls me and schedule my resolution after a wee and later another team calls up and arrange for a replacement the seller conveniently cancelles the replacement this has been happening for the past 1.5 months and still continuing kindly help me resolve this matter.
