Dear sir,my name is golden kumar .I ordered a OnePlus nackband on 21st July and I was given delivery on 22nd July at 8 pm in which I was not given proper check and took the otp and went away when I saw that the nackband had wire damage. Then I called the help center then the return was given but before that the technician visited and the technician visited and told that this is not a technical problem so we cannot approve it and they rejected it. When again I got the return raised, again the same thing, technician came 3 times like this, rejected and left and my problem is not being solved.
