Hi
sir/madam
Hi my Name is Durga Prasad , I recently brought a product from Flipkart and it was delivered on 21st may and installation 23rd may so the time of installation technician opened the product and there is a damage on edges I told him too he told me it’s nothing sir and installed the bed even he told if you don’t like product you can return it so on the day day evening I raised return request and next day technician visit boy ( he is the who told me it’s nothing sir and installed the bed)
He rejected my return request after that again I raised request from that day no technician visit not even responding my calls
