Text of Complaint by Dharmesh shah:

We bought gas stove from Flipkart on 8 August and on 12 August i made replacement request after that I got Msg from that it will be done till 17august but it is still not done I called Flipkart customer care like 5 to 6 times they say wait till 24hours your issue will be resolved but it is not done it’s been 3 week and still my issue is not resolved.First it was not accepting my replacement request and now they have cancelled my replacement request this has been a complete mental harassment and we can’t take it anymore no one from flipkart is taking this issue seriously they are telling us to wait for 48 hours until they resolve are issue but my issue is not getting resolved.
