I have ordered one perfume from Amazon which costs Rs 5100. I have received the product is in damaged condition. The sprayer of the perfume is not working. I have registered a complaint with Amazon customer service but they denied return and refund.
I just couldn’t throw away my money like this, that’s why I want to register a case against Amazon for this issue
