dear sir/madam
this letter serves as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product that i bought from your company through online store
i purchased a foutune chakki fresh aata and paid total amount RS 372 at a time of delivery
it seems that the product is totally damaged inner place….oil found all over the packet and inside the packet also i had complained instantly to the customer support team apporx i filed return request 6th times i called in customer service more than 10th times but there is no response they only adding after the days…..17th january 2023 i got my product and today is 2 feb….so i am here to seek for your help.
i read your terms and conditions and i am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the defective product within 14 days return policy .
i request to here from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund
