Text of Complaint by Krishna:

I have placed order for cooler and i received a damaged product. I jave requested exchange but it’s taking too luch time that almost i am gonna receive at the end of summer and now because of the service and customer support from Flipkart i am not interested in product anymore. I wanted to get a refund now instead of exchange.
