I have ordered the laptop from Flipkart (buzzindia seller). I have received damaged product on 8 Nov 22. The hinge of the laptop is broken and create sound while opening the lid of the laptop.
I have applied for replacement as soon as return option gets available in the app. But my replacement is rejected thrice without any contact from concerned team. My item is not replaced.
