I ordered a product on 5/03/23 which I received on 6/03/23. When I opened the jiomart blue bag it was in very bad condition.
Both the packages were damaged and even pages inside are fold and even missing. And also the price which is charged is higher because MRP listed on product is lesser than MRP on website from where I have bought.
I also complained on 06/03/23 , they told I’ll get refund within 09/03/23 , but yet I haven’t received it.
Please look into the matter.
