I have ordered Samsung Galaxy M04 Dark Blue,4GB RAM, 64 GB Storage for my parent on 18-07-2023 and I have received though courier on 23-07-23 and my parent unaware about the using of android mobile and I told them once I reach home I will fit the sim card. But I opened mobile from box I was surprised that thay have given damage mobile and I immediately put return and replace and you have transferred to Trouble shooting mobile service center company and I have received phone call on 29-07-2023 Saturday afternoon he saying that you can keep the damaged mobile and Monday our people come and replace the new mobile. But 31-07-23 Monday no one did not came and get the damage mobile.
