Placed order (Order ID # 1160935 56319979601101) for a set of Masks being sold at a sky high price of 559/- Rs. Item got delivered. When checked out of 3, tow of the masks were damaged and started to tear. Immediately tried to raise a complaint but got to know that it is a Non-returnable product. Then raised a complaint with Myntra on 31-Dec-21 stating damaged product received. They said it will be resolved by 4-Jan-21. Since then I have been following up with Myntra and they keep lying saying we are working on it.
FYI – The order is for a Mask. The most important accessory in this pandemic situation. I paid such a high price thinking that they are a good masks to protect ourselves. But even after sending damaged product images to Myntra they are not ready to resolve the issue.
I want escalate it and want others to kNow how Irresponsible Myntra is about this critical situation and about the customers health. They are not even understanding that these masks are so important for us at this time.
I want to publish this in all social media sites to that people would become aware as to how irresponsible and negligent Myntra is about its customers
