Text of Complaint by Deepak:

I ordered laptop worth 81k 12 aug & received on 17-aug, but the laptop I received has damaged screen.

I placed a replacement order. Then I got a call he was asking what is damaged in laptop, I explained the problem to him (I don’t know who he was seller or customer service). Then later seller rejected replacement order. As per their policy they replaced their product if received damaged, but they rejected my replacement order.

I called customer care but they are useless.they told they are sending me a mail and hang up till now I have not received any mail.

Then I took help of social media, they replied me on social media but the problem is not solved yet.

already 4 days are passed till now I have not got any feedback, when there are replacing my laptop.
