I ordered a Cantabil pack of 3 half shirts of size 39 from totalshoppingkart.com on 15.05.2020. and made a payment of Rs. 1099 with payment Id 321475112. The payment was successful, and I received the confirmation message that payment of 1099 for Ankit Jain is successful.
On 20.05.2020 I received the product. The product is completely defective, full sleeves, different colour which I didn’t select and what not. They are poor quality products and definitely not Cantabil and one can completely say that the pieces were deliberately delivered that way.
Since then I am trying to contact them. The email ID given is incorrect on their official website.
There is no contact number to get on touch with them.
I also mailed the contactusforresolutions.com as there was a pamphlet inside the box for the same. But the mail didn’t get deliver to them.
Since, only a single image can be attached. The image of the defective shirt has been attached.
I would be glad if you could do something about this. And take serious action against such frauds.
