Hi, I have received an wrong product on 3rd of Feb and raised an replacement request on 8th Feb. Till now I didn’t receive any call yet. I have ordered LG washing Black colour 7kg. Received 6.5 kg white colour with damage . I have paid one EMI without using the washing machine. I have called so many times to the customer care and asked about it but no proper response yet.
