Hi,
I had ordered a Dell Laptop from the Amazon site and received a completely damaged and used HP laptop in an Asus box.
It was a gift to someone this was a very embarrassing experience. I had asked for a refund and the amazon customer service team also started an investigation on this, after waiting 3 days the new customer service guy tells me the last guy did not file the investigation properly and now needs 3 more days for the investigation.
How many more days do I need to wait for the product which I ordered with my own money? I have been an Amazon Prime member for so long and I never thought this would happen to me…
