Received Damaged and used product from Flipkart but Flipkart is denied to take the product and refund for the same.
The pickup agent didn’t come to the pickup location,he said very busy and getting late for going home for that reason I walked nearly half kilometres to return.
After did all this hard work he denied to take the product although it is clearly instructed that the product is having multiple issues.
So I called the customer care they also didn’t cordinate and they abused me in bad language.
Looks like you are very unprofessional in the process.
Don’t understand the customer service.
Seriously very disappointed.
So I request you to please refund the money.
