Dear Team,
This is to inform you that I ordered this product from Flipkart on 26th Sep. And got delivered to me on 28th Sep. The delivery person didn’t inform me about the delivery and also did not ask me for the delivery OTP, that need to be shared at the time of delivery. So today i.e on 30th sep the installation person came to my house for installation of the TV. But when he opened the box, the TV is totally damaged from the back and the installation person told me it is the local TV not a samsung product. I request you to kindly make the fresh replacement of the product or else refund the total 15000/- amount in my account. This is such a pathetic situation where under this pandemic, you are looting and cheating the customers.
