Hi
I have placed order OD223645408594709000 on 16th dec. It got Delivered on 17th Dec. When open delivery box found that product received Damage within 10min again called to delivery boy. He came again at my house and checked and confirmed product received Damage. He told me that can’t take product back with him instead ask me to raise return request once you see option in app, he also taken my signature on damage delivery form as well. After he left my house and I have raised return request 12202365837925502126. However return got rejected by seller saying that delivery partner confirm intake delivery. Than have again raised return request 12202367833619567356. It also again got rejected by same non sense reason. totally 6 return request raised for return of damage product all got rejected by seller. it is clearly seller dominating on the consumers and Flipkart didn’t even intervene into this issue. now there was no return option showing in app ,have no option left for me. Flipkart call me back request is bull shit they don’t want to check anything in there system and no resolution provided, every time ask to wait for 48 hours, so that your product return policy time end and they do not support consumer after that and consumer have leave hope for return/ replacement. this clearly dominating , consumer protection rights violation by Flipkart. want consumer forum to get investing this and provide resolution of consumers like me.
In this time period not single phone received from Flipkart. Even I tried multiple times to reach for support but the do not have any update and no any resolution at all only giving same 2-4 statement every time. Nothing else if this isn’t resolve then will go to consumer form and filled complaint against this worst service company Flipkart.
All required proof has been attached. Also have call recording with delivery boy. If required will share that as well.
