I have ordered kids battery operated car bt received in damage condition , i have made many complain bt no body paid attention to it i have 3 times call to customer care and drop 2 times mail bt there was no response plz help and i want compensate on this

when i delivered this open it i found it broken completely. I have mailed them lot of times but no action would be taken against my compalint.
