Hello team, I was the customer of flipkart. I bought mobile real me x2.
My mobile screen got damaged and claim mobile protection claim. They took almost a month to repair and send it back. As per policy it should be returned within 10-15 days but didn’t happen.
Finally when I received mobile it is more damaged then it was. So now they are not responding to tweets, calls.
Please help me out. I’m a student and couldn’t able to access classes and other things.
