I ordered 3-in-1 polarized sunglasses from Eyepods.in , I reached out to this website through Instagram ads, Unfortunately, upon receiving them, I discovered they were entirely different from the product advertised. I tried to contact their customer support team on the same day by phone. However, my calls were repeatedly unanswered. When I finally connected, the representative offered numerous excuses for the discrepancy and delayed a proper resolution. It took over two months of persistent communication for them but I didn’t get any refund or any other solution.
