I placed an order for 4 lehengas and I got it delivered in 6-7 days, I took package from delivery executive which was too small in size, i thought how is it possible to pack 4 lehengas in this small pack, there and then I thought to make a video while opening it and I did so and guess what, my doubt was correct the product which I received was a used and dirty saree. The problem doesn’t ends here, after this I raised a return request and when their executive came to pickup the order he denied to pick the order and forced me to cancel the return request. After that I again raised return request and called #meesho #customercare and explained the situation and guess what I got the reply from them was “we can’t do anything in this situation”. I really need your help in getting my money back. I can share the video as well.
