I want to say that on 16th September i order a product and on 22nd September i received my parcel which is completely different product from the pic shown on app
Then i will submit return request from 22nd September i am waiting from pick up then yesterday pick up partner come to pick but he was refused to pick the parcel because the product is different and he canceled the pick up
Then i called in meesho customer care 1 female executive receive then call and listen my issue then directly told me that i can’t get my refund then again i will submit return request then again i call meesho customer care and 1 male executive received listen my problem and told me that he will highlight my issues that i received completely different product so that the pick up will done hassle-free he told me that tomorrow your pick up will done also in return section showing that pick up will done today but there is no response from your side.
Then i talk with your executive in chat he/she told me that i can’t get my refund
Please look into this matter and solve this as soon as possible.
