I have received Commercial Light Bill instead of Residencial. I went to Torrent Power office to discuss the same but they are showing that the commercial activity is going on at my place. The photos that they showed, belong to ground floor that do not belong to us. We live at 1st floor and our connection is separate. They are not listening and resolving this issue for the last 4 days. My service number is 100470296
